- Remote Support from a Qualified Personal Trainer for the duration of your healthy eating plan.
- A tailored, and bespoke meal plan created specifically for YOU and your INDIVIDUAL needs based on working arrangements, allergies, goals and dietary preferences.
- A weekly shopping list and calendar planning out meals for each week. 3 Meals and a Snack are planned for each day.
- Over 30 healthy recipes with pictures and how to prepare them. Many can be prepared in advance to help fit busy lifestyles.
- General Nutritional Advice: in my capacity as a Nutritional Advisor I am happy to answer any general questions about healthy eating.
- A professional and portable meal plan and nutrition documents will be emailed to you so they will be easily accessible from mobile devices etc.
- Bonus: I will also provide some really good general rules to healthy eating such as how to choose cleaner options while you’re eating out, the benefits of organic eating and a list of healthy staples to keep in your cupboards.
What’s not included?
- This healthy eating meal plan does not include any exercise/workout programming. It’s purely for the nutrition/eating side.
- This is an online nutrition programme and does not include any in-person training
